Compalints Procedure

Three R’s Teacher Recruitment is a proud holder of the REC Audited Status and this means that any person provided to you will have been through a rigorous face-to-face interview and all of the required vetting, references, qualification and identity checks and the List 99 and DBS process.

However occasionally an incident may occur that would leave you dissatisfied with the teacher placed in your school. If this is the case please contact your Education Consultant (telephone 0345 130 3338) and alert them to the circumstances, we can then begin our complaints procedure to ensure a rapid response to your complaint and ensure the correct action is taken with the member of staff and your school.

xIf you have a complaint about one of our Consultants please contact our Quality Manager via alison@3rs-ltd.co.uk All complaints such as these would be handled in accordance with our Complaints Procedure.
