Three R’s Teacher Recruitment Announced as KEIBA Finalist

Three R’s were thrilled on Wednesday 10th may to be announced as one of the top 4 Finalists for KEIBA SME of the Year 2017.

The 50 finalists for Keiba 2017 have been revealed after receiving a record number of entries.

It has been said that Judges sifted through 312 entries for this year’s awards – the highest number ever received.

Sarah and Rebecca from Three R’s were surprised to hear the news at the Kent Vision Live exhibition at the Kent Event Centre in Detling where the announcements were made.

Three R’s won the award for SME Business of the Year in 2012 and we feel we have established and expanded so much since the last triumph, and to have that recognised is a massive moral boost for the company and all of the Three R’s team who are incredibly passionate.

Three R’s teacher recruitment has been established since 2001, Three R’s specialise in teaching jobs in Kent on a daily, long term or permanent basis. We can provide subject specific, general cover, Foundation Stage, KS1, KS2 teachers and Cover Supervisors. We pride ourselves on our honest, reliable and friendly service and our exceptionally high standards.

Rebecca Parkhouse, Director of Three R’s Teacher Recruitment explains, ‘This is a fabulous way to celebrate our 15th year of work. We’ve got the right team in place and no matter what that contributes to the heart of our successes. Being a small business in the current climate can be daunting, so to have our efforts recognised by such a prestigious award is very encouraging.’

KEIBA aims to recognise and reward excellence in Kent businesses of all sizes. It’s hoped that the awards will also boost staff morale and help attract new staff. Winning an award will also help businesses raise their profile in Kent.

All of the entries went through a rigorous judging process, which rated entrants against pre-set criteria to select a shortlist for each category.  The judges then visited the short-listed entrants to carry out a more in-depth investigation through face-to-face interviews before selecting the list of finalists.

We will find out who has been crowned the winner of this category at the ninth annual gala dinner at the Event Centre in Detling on Thursday, June 22, hosted by organisers Kent County Council and the KM Group.
